Cancellation and Refund Policy
Return Policy: We follow “No Returns Policy” except in following conditions:
1. Product was damaged or had defects
2. Wrong product was shipped
To coordinate a return
· Send a picture of the item to email@example.com with the subject line “RETURN” or call us at +919819240020 within 3 days of receiving the product. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.
If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +919819240020 within 3 days of receipt of the product. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in its original condition and then issue a replacement or a different item of same value in exchange, as per your request.
If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in colour, smell, packaging/ labeling etc signifies these are truely unique in nature. These are not Ayurvedic natural products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Orders placed from our shop cannot be cancelled.
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement :
· Damages due to misuse of product
· Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
· Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging
